Smooth set of Wall Walks (as many reps as you can fire off with less than 3 seconds b/w reps)

+ hold a handstand for 20 - 40s on the last rep

Conditioning

For time with a partner

  80 DB Bench Presses (50s/35s), split

  then,

  8 Rounds of:

    10 Synchro Alt. Single DB Hang Clean & Jerk (50/35)

    12 Rigs Farmer's Carry Shuttles, split

  then,

  80 DB Bench Presses, split

Synchro = both athletes together

Split = 1 working, 1 resting, switch anytime
