AMRAP 15

Partners alternate full rounds

  Wallballs - DIY: 10 Wallballs (20/14, to 10’/9’) | FF: 15 Wallballs (20/14, to 10’/9’)

Deadlifts - Climb the ladder (see reps/weights below)

SCORING: Highest total accumulated reps (Wallballs + Deadlifts) between both partner.




Standards

Each 'Round' starts with 15 Wallballs, followed by respective deadlift reps x weight.

Partners alternate full rounds.

If a partner cannot complete their Deadlifts, they will have a 20 second pause until the other partner starts their next set.

Partner that was unable to complete Deadlift can still continue through rounds, accumulating Wallball reps, but the 20s pause is applied each time a deadlift set cannot be completed.

Doesn't matter which partner starts.

Wallballs: Hips below knees on squat depth, ball hits sufficient target height.

Deadlift: Full extension - hips fully open - knees, hips, shoulders stacked.

On 3.2.1.GO!!!

P1 perform 15 Wallballs, then straight into Deadlift Rung 1, P2 is resting

Once P1 completes their set of Wallballs + Deadlifts, then P2 can start their first set. P1 Rests

P2 perform 15 Wallballs, then straight into Deadlift Rung 1, P2 is resting

Once P2 completes their set of Wallballs + Deadlifts, then P1 can start their set of 15 Wallballs + Deadlift Rung 2

Each set starts with 15 Wallballs, then the respective reps/weight on the Deadlift Rung

Teams accumulate as many reps as possible by progressing down the ladder.
