BUILT Program - New Training Phase

Conditioning

AMRAP 22, alternating full rounds with a partner

  12 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

  8 Deadlifts (185/125)

Every 2 rounds (1 round per athlete) reverse the order of the movements:

  Round 1 & 2: BBJO -> Deadlift

  Round 3 & 4: Deadlift -> BBJO

  Etc.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 14 - 18+ Rounds

*You can only put down the barbell after the set of both movements
