BUILT Program

Strength

On 25 Minute Clock:

Back Squat

  5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5

  Bike / Row 2 Mins between rounds to flush between sets

  Perform all sets at 75% of the 5RM found last week

  The goal is for you to be able to add 5 - 10lbs to this number every week through the end of the phase.

Stimulus: Heavy

Flextra Credit (Optional)

Death By HS Walks OR Wall Walks

M1: 1x 15ft HS Walk OR 3 Wall Walks

M2: 2x 15ft HS Walk OR 4 Wall Walks

M3: 3x 15ft HS Walk OR 5 Wall Walks

….etc. until cannot complete the work in the minute, then stop.

Stimulus: Stamina

Execution: if you fail at minute 4 or earlier, rest 3 mins, and repeat.
