On 25 Minute clock:

Power Cleans

  1 @ 80 - 90%

  3 @ 75 - 80%

  2 @ 80 - 85%

  1 @ 85 - 90%

  3 @ 80 - 85%

  2 @ 85 - 90%

  1 @ 90 - 95%

Drop and reset reps on doubles & triples.

It's ok if you don't know your percentages - your heavy single to start will give you guidance.

The goal is for the 2nd wave to be heavier than the first.

Rest at least 2 Mins b/w sets

Stimulus: Heavy

Conditioning

For time:

  80 Single DB Box Step Ups (50/35 to 24/20)

  Hold DB anyway

Stimulus: Reach/Sustain

Target: 5 - 8 Mins
