BUILT Program

Strength

On 25 Minute clock:

Deadlift

  1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1

  Lower Bar Under control after each rep

  All sets at 85% of 1RM or heavier, going AHAP with sound mechanics

+ After each deadlift, perform 1 Air Bike Sprint for peak wattage (should only take 8 - 15 seconds)

Stimulus: Heavy

Conditioning

EMOM x 9 Rounds

(45s on / 15s off)

  M1) KB Swings

  M2) Barbell Push Press (use a weight you can move for 8 - 15 reps)

  M3) Lateral Burpees over the bar

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 45s of good work
