On 40 Min running clock:

Squat Clean

3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 (6x3)

Start around 75% of 1RM and build across sets. Athletes may perform touch and go or singles as desired.

Go AHAP with sound mechanics

Rest 2 - 4 mins between sets

*Air bike 1000m or row 500m slowly between sets
