M1) 1 - 2 Rigs Handstand Walk. Add pirouette if proficient. Practice skill if still working on HS.

M2) 10 - 15 Deadlifts (135/95)

M3) 8 - 12 DB Bench Press

M4) 20 - 40s L-Sit

M5) GHD or Ab-mat Sit-ups
