EMOM x 20 Rounds, alternating (10 of each movement)

  M1) 1 Snatch Complex, building to AHAP*

          Snatch Complex:

          Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat + Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat

          Start around 60-70% of 1RM Snatch and build

  M2) 1 - 3 Rope Climbs OR Partial Climbs OR Rope Walk Outs

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Complex as heavy as possible
