BUILT Program

Strength

With a 20 Min cap, as a team of 3:

Work for max load (all 3 partners added together)

  - 3RM Back Squat (Only 2 athletes can back squat)

  - 3RM Front Squat (At least 1 athlete needs to front squat)

Each teammate will build to a heavy 3. All 3 athletes share 1 barbell, and may work in any order desired. All reps taken from a rack.

Score is the heaviest successful lift from each teammate added together.
