Target: 10 - 15 Mins

Execution: Each athlete performs each set. One works, two rest. (eg 20-20-20, 18-18-18, etc.)

Conditioning

AMRAP 8

With a partner

  7 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)

  12 Toes to Bar

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 5 - 7 + Rounds

Execution: Both athletes working at the same time (starting on opposite movements) switching once both have finished.
