Strength

On 10 Min running clock:

Build to a heavy "Lion's Complex":

1 Complex*:

  1 Snatch Grip Deadlift

  1 Hand Power Snatch

  1 Overhead Squat

  1 Behind the Neck Push Jerk

  1 Overhead Squat

*Perform the complex without putting the barbell down.

Stimulus: Technique / Stamina

Conditioning

AMRAP 30

Run 800m

  Rest 4 Mins

Run 600m (400m run + 1 Lap of building)

  Rest 3 Mins

Run 400m

  Rest 2 Mins

Stimulus: Reach - Run at between 1 mile and 5k PR pace if you know or push it!

Target: 1.5 - 2.5 rounds
