Option 3:

E3MOM x 4 Rounds

2 - 4 Wall Walks*

*The last Wall Walk ends with a max duration noes-and-toes hold

  500m Odd Object Run 70/50*

Stimulus: Reach

Target: -6 - 8 Mins

*Use any implement in the range of 20-70lbs
