  32 V-Ups

  40 DB Power Cleans (50s/35s)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 2 - 3+ Rounds

Execution: One partner works at a time

Partners must complete the wall walks in sets of 4, the V-Ups in sets of 8, and the Cleans in sets of 10.

Conditioning

3 - 5 Sets

  Sled Sprints ~100ft

  Rest 3 Mins

  - Should feel light and fast and burn but never to failure
