In teams of 3:

AMRAP 7 x 3 Rounds

6 Legless Rope Climbs* split anyhow

30/21 Calorie Row OR Air Bike (10/7 each)

Rest 1 Min between AMRAPs.

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 6 - 8+ Rounds total

Restart at the rope each AMRAP. After each rest period, switch the order teammates work.

Rope climb tailoring:

  - 10' climb instead of 15'

  - Start legless and switch to regular when failure hits

  - Supine to standing climbs (2 per legless climb)

  - Strict rope Pull-ups (4 - 6 reps per 1 legless climb)
