  20 Sandbag Squats (100/70/50)

  20 Ring Dips

    - Row 1000m

    - Air Bike 2.4k

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 24 - 28 Mins

Cap: 30 Mins

Execution: Split Squats and Dips anyhow, one athlete workign and one resting. For the Machine, athletes switch working every 30s.
