Strength

On 20 Minute clock:

Tempo Pause Bench Press

  1 x 1 @ 80%, then

  5 x 3 @ 70 - 80%

Stimulus: Heavy

Tempo = full control throughout, slow on the way down, speed on the way up!

Conditioning

9 Rounds for time

  4 Bar Muscle Ups

  9 DB Snatches (50/35)

  36 Double Unders or 50 Singles

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 12 - 15 Mins
