  9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

  9 Thrusters (95/65)

  3-6-9-12-15-18-21 Bar Facing Burpees

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: All teams complete the rounds of 21 Burpees, some teams complete the round of 15 burpees a second time through.

Execution:

Alternate rounds, one athlete working at a time. If you complete the round of 9-9-21, restart at 9-9-3.

Example:

P1: 9CTB, 9 Thrusters, 3 BFB

P2: 9CTB, 9 Thrusters, 6 BFB

P1: 9CTB, 9 Thrusters, 9 BFB

P2: 9CTB, 9 Thrusters, 12 BFB
