In 20 Minutes:

Brench Press

  Build to a Heavy set of 5 reps

  *Every set must be a minimum of 5 reps

Between sets perform a 300/200m Row at 80% effort

Stimulus: Heavy

Conditioning

For time:

  30 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)

  200m Lap Farmer's Carry* (50s/35s)

  30 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)

Stimulus: Reach/Controlled Send

Target: 5 - 8 Mins

*Performed either as 1 Lap + 4 Rigs or 20 Rigs
