Conditioning

In Teams of 3:

AMRAP 20*

75 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

50 Clean & Jerks (165/115)

25 Clean & Jerks (195/135)

Max rep Clean & Jerks (225/155)

One athlete Rows 500/450m while the other two athletes C&J, splitting work as desired.

Rotate row athletes for all 20 mins so that 1 athlete is rowing and 2 are C&Jing at all times. May be a power clean or squat clean, push jerk or split jerk.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Teams complete 20 reps at the (195/135) -> 10+ reps at (225/155)
