Teams of 4, 2 Athletes working at a time, waterfall style:

Athlete 1:

  5 Sad Wallballs* (20/14)

  6 Devil's Presses (50s/35s)

Athlete 2:

   Air Bike Calories (15/12)

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 280 - 330 - 360 cals on Assault Bike

Execution: Two non-working athletes are resting. Althetes rotate in order when both stations are complete. Score is teams total bike calories. (WB+Devils > Bike > Rest > Rest)

*Sad Wallball: 1 WB to 9/8' + 1WB to 10/9' + 1WB to 11/10'
