  10 Touch & Go Deadlifts - AHAP*

  1 Max rep set of Bench Presses**

  Rest as needed between lifts and between rounds

Stimulus: Heavy

Target: Heaviest Deadlift, Total bench reps

*Deadlift weight should be heavy, around 70% of 1RM. Adjust as needed, going as heavy as mechanics allow.

**Bench weight should yield 9-15 reps per set. Athletes can use 70% of 1RM to get an idea of weight, but should choose weight to allow for 9 - 15 reps.
