   Rounds 1 - 2: 3 Reps @ 60 - 70%

   Rounds 3 - 4: 2 Reps @ 70 - 80%

   Rounds 5 - 6: 1 Rep @ 80%*

Restart at the top each AMRAP

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 2 - 3+ Rounds per AMRAP

In rounds 1-4, weight changes may only occur during the designed rest periods. In rounds 5-6 athletes may adjust weight during the working window as well as the rest periods.
