For time, with a Partner:

50 Rounds, waterfall style** (25 each)

10/8 Cal Row OR 10 Rigs Shuttle Runs*

4 Front Squats (135/95)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 25 - 36 Mins

*There = 1, back = 2, etc.

**As soon as P1 is done the row, P2 starts rowing. P1 moves straight into squats. After done squats, rests until P2 is done rowing, then gets back into row.
