  8 KB Swings (70/53)

  8 KB Lunge Steps* (70/53)

Rest from 16 - 18, then 18 - 22 (as an individual),

Max rep Turkish Get-ups (18 - 53lbs)

*Each round, switch the style of KB Lunge performed in order:

1) Goblet Lunge

2) L-arm Front Rack Lunge

3) R-arm Front Rack Lunge

4) L-arm OH Lunge

5) R-arm OH Lunge

Stimulus: Reach

Target: Get through all lunge variations
