Conditioning
40 Rounds for time, in teams of 5
Rotating full rounds - 8 rounds per athlete
30s to complete
5 - 8 Deficit Handstand Push-ups OR HSPU OR DB Push Press (50s/35s)
Max Calorie Air Bike in remaining time
Stimulus: Controlled Send (Air bike)
Target: At least 10 - 20s for max calories on bike
Athletes rotate one at a time every 30s until 40 rounds (20 mins) are complete
