Strength

Every 90s for 10 Rounds

  1 Hang Squat Snatch, as heavy as possible

  Hang position must be mid-thigh or lower, no hip snatches

Stimulus: Heavy

Conditioning

3 Rounds on a continuously running clock:

  1 Min of Shuttle Runs

  1 Min of Air Squats

  Rest 1 Min

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 12 - 18+ Shuttle Runs, 15 - 25+ Air Squats

If you’re doing the competition, consider scaling your effort. Move, get a sweat on, but keep efforts at 70 – 80%
