  8 Rope Climbs

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 4 - 5+ Rounds

*Execution:

  Sandbag: Athletes run together with one sandbag, switching anytime carrying it anyhow.

  Rope climb: Split anyhow, one working and one resting.

Sled Pushes

  2 - 3 Sets

  Push the sled, 'there and back' beside building

  Weight should be moderate so that you can start sprinting, but feels heavy by the time you're coming back
