Stimulus: Heavy

Conditioning

AMRAP 15 with a partner

  15 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

  15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 6 - 9+ rounds

Execution: Partners start on opposite movements. Both athletes work at the same time. Switch movements when both partners finish their reps.
