In 40 Minute working window:
CrossFit Total
Sum total of each max lift:
Back Squat (10 - 15 Mins to work up to max)
Strict Press (5 - 10 Mins)
Deadlift* (10 - 15 Mins)
Stimulus: HEAVY!
*Deadlift 1RM test will serve as your "Test" for Phase 1 starting week og Aug. 15
Mandatory Cool Down
Walk 5 - 10 mins after final set
Then, pick 1 - 4:
Couch Stretch 2m/side
Pigeon pose 2m/side
Saddle pose 2m
Dragon pose, 2m/side
then,
Foam roll or mash quads/glutes/hammys
