  1 Power Snatch + 1/side Overhead Lunge

Stimulus: Technique to heavy

Conditioning

AMRAP 30

  Run 400m

  Rest 2:1 (rest twice as long as the run took)

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 6 - 8 Rounds

Pacing: Run at between 5s - 10s slower than 1 mile PR pace for each 400m. This should be very aggressive pace to repeat 6 - 8 times.
