Strength
Each set for load:
Deadlift
3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3
All sets are performed as 'singles'. Athletes must lower the bar under control and release their grip between reps.
Aim for all sets to be at 80% or heavier of your 1RM.
Bike Sprint: After each set of deadlifts, perform a Max wattage Air Bike Sprint (4 - 7 seconds only)
Stimulus: Heavy
