In Teams of 4

Working in pairs alternating 2:30 work, 2:30 rest

2 rounds, for total reps,

Stimulus: Reach

Target: Within each pair, both athletes complete one full round.

Execution: Both athletes are working at the same time, one performing max reps and the other performing the fixed-rep movement. Once the fixed-rep movement is complete, atheletes switch movements. Every 2:30, teams switch working pairs.
