Conditioning

2 Rounds for time with a partner:

  400 Double Unders* OR 600 Singles* OR 40/36 Calorie Row

  50 Devil's Presses (50s/35s)

  40 Bar Muscle Ups OR Burpee Pull Ups

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 30 - 35 Mins

Execution:

Skipping must be completed 100 at a time (not unbroken) - P1 does 100 then P2 does 100, etc.

The Devil’s Presses and MUps can be split as desired.
