Beginning at 2:00, E2MOM x 5 Rounds

  5 Hang Power Cleans - Building weight each set

Stimulus: Heavy

Target: Total Load

Conditioning

For time:

In teams fo 4, rotating one athlete at a time:

24 Rounds (6 rounds each)

  200 ft. Sled Shuttle (100' out and back)*

  *Begin with an empty sled. Each round, add a 25/15# plate to sled

Stimulus: Controlled Send

Target: All teams complete in under 8 Mins
