Strength

Find a 1RM Clean

Every 3:30 until failure:

  2 Burpee Box Jumps*

  1 Squat Clean starting at 75%

*Jump powerfully to any height

 

  Add 5 - 15lbs per round until failure, aiming to find a max in 7 - 10 lifts.

  Make larger weight jumps early, smaller jumps later.

Stimulus: Heavy
