  36 Alt. Double DB Front Squats (50s/35s)

  24 Alt. Push Ups*

  12 Synchro Toes to Bar

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 12 - 23 Mins

*Alt. Squats: both athletes bold DBs at their shoulders facing each other and alternate every rep until 30 18 are complete (18/athlete).

*Alt Push Ups: both athletes start at the top of a push up and alternate every rap until 24 are complete (12 each).
