Conditioning
AMRAP 30
Teams of 4*
P1) Rotate through implements:
- Empty Sled Push Sprint (2x there and back on long side of parking lot - should take 1-2 Mins)
- 1 Lap Sled Drag (using the drag sled with 45/25)
- 1 Lap Burden Run with 50/35lb DB
P2) Row for Distance
P3) Rest
P4) Rest
Stimulus: Reach
Target: 6500m - 7500m+ on rower
*One athlete performed 'P1' implement, while P2 rows and the other 2 rest.
Once the 'P1 implement' is complete, athletes rotate in the line, so athletes should have a 1:1 work:rest.
