EMOM x 12 Rounds

1 Pause Front Squat

Pause for 2 seconds in the bottom

Start around 60% and build each round

Stimulus: Heavy

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:

20 Handstand Push-ups* OR 3-5 Wall Walks OR 20 Push Press

30 Wallballs (20/14)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 7 - 12 Mins (15m cap)

*Should not exceed 90s, adjust reps as necessary.
