EMOM x 10 Minutes

Option 1) Handstand Walk for Distance

  Choose a distance b/w 10 and 50 ft and aim to complete the same distance each minute

Option 2) Wall Walk OR HS Hold

  Choose a WW number between 2 and 6 or HS Hold duration b/w 5 and 30s and aim to repeat each minute

Conditioning

For time:

10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1

  Single DB Hang Clean & Jerk, arm 1 (50/35)

  Single DB Hang Clean & Jerk, arm 2

  Box Jumps (30/24)
