  E2MOM x 5 Sets

    1 Pause Jerk Dip + 1 Push Jerk

    Start light and gradually build. Meant to be technical and snappy, no misses.

Part b)

  E2MOM until failure:

    1 Push Jerk - AHAP

    Start around 75% and aim for 5 - 6 sets

Stimulus: Technical / Heavy

Gymnastics

6 Rounds

  1 Smooth set of Strict Toes-to-Bar

  Rest 2 Mins

Stimulus: Stamina

*If you're getting < 5 reps, drop the rest down to 1:00 and go for 8 - 10 sets.
