Conditioning

10 Alternating Full Rounds with a partner (5 each)

  8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

  14 Goblet Squats (35 - 70lbs)

  28/25 Calorie Row OR 23/20 Calorie Air Bike

  Each athlete performs their next round in reverse order

Stimulus: Sustain to Reach

Target: 22 - 27 Mins

Execution: Each athlete performs their next round in reverse order. Eg:

  R1: Pull Up > Squat > Machine

  R2: Machine > Squat > Pull Up

  R3: CTB > Squat > Machine

  Etc.
