Strength

In 25 Minute Window:

Back Squat

3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3

Start around 75% of 1RM and add weight each set.

If feels good, go for a new 3RM

Should be able to add weight compared to 5 rep test on Sep. 30

Stimulus: Heavy

Conditioning

EMOM x 14 Rounds

Complete both movements in each minute:

25 Double Unders or Singles*

3 - 7 Strict HSPU OR HSPU OR Z-Press

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Finish the EMOM as you started - no progressive scaling. Choose the right modification and stick to it.

*Do not exceed 20s
