21 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)*

then,

AMRAP in remaining time:

9 Deadlifts (185/125)**

9 Push-ups

Rest 3 Mins between rounds, pick up the 'Deadlift/Push-ups' where you left off each round

*2 Mins max, adjust reps to stay within 2 mins.

**Light to moderate weight, should be performed in 1 - 3 sets'

Part B

EMOM x 8

Working 40s on / 20s off

M1) Side Plank hold (alternate Left / Right each round = 2 rounds on each side)

M2) Box Tricep Dips
