BUILT Program

Conditioning

As a team:

4 Rounds, each for time

  2 Rope Climbs

  12 Double DB Box Step Overs (50s/35s to 24/20)

  60m Sled Sprint - There and Back* OR 12/9 Calorie Bike Sprint

Stimulus: Send

Target: 1:15 - 1:30/round

Execution: Perform as a team of 4, alternating full rounds until each athlete completes 4 rounds.

*Sled push: Along the side of the building, there any back (~60m)
