Conditioning

For time with a partner, alternating 30s intervals until 3 rounds are complete:

  30 Clusters* (135/95)

  235 Double Unders OR 350 Singles

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 16 - 25 Mins

*Squat-clean-thruster. Should be able to perform 3 - 5 touch-and-go reps at a time.
