Warm up:
10 T -Spine Rotations
10 Plank toe taps
10 Air Squats
10 Lunges with reach tall
WOD
For Time:
150 Burpees
Every minute on the minute, including 0:00, Perform 5 V-ups
Cool down, by walking in place or pacing for 5 minutes.
Then,
Accumulate 5:00 in an active squat hold.
