HOME WOD (psst…no burpees today ;) )

Warm Up:

10 Cat/ Cows - warm up that spine

10 Lunges with a big twist 

10 Inch Worms

10 Reach & Rolls

WOD:

For time:

100 Skip buy in, with or without rope!

50 Plank to Pike Toe Taps

40 Mountain Climbers

30 Squats (find something weird in your home to use as weight or a broom for overhead squats...)

20 Push Ups

10 Lunges (hold a weird weight if you want to)

Feeling extra spicy - go back up the list before a 100 Skip buy-out!

CORE

10 Right Side Crunch (right elbow to left knee)

10 Left Side Crunch (left elbow to left knee)

10 Front/ Center Crunches

10 Sit to Stands or weighted full sit up *

x3 or feeling extra spicy x5

*get creative with your "weight" find something random in your home!
