Stimulus: Heavy

All sets are at the same weight. The goal for the entire phase is to add roughly 2.5% of 5 - 10#s to the bar every week.

Conditioning

On a 10 Min running clock:

Max duration Handstand Hold*

*Each time you break - perform 10 unbroken ring rows, then repeat

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 3 - 5+ Mins in hold

Tailor HS hold to plank hold or wallsit as needed
