Stimulus: Send / Reach
Target: 45s - 1:15 each round
*Performed as run 10ft out then back to start, then 20ft out and back to start, 30ft out and back to start etc. etc. All performed continuously in each 3 min round
** At the 12 Min mark, perform the Suicides in reverse (50-40-30-20-10)
Optional Accessory
2 - 3 Rounds for quality
- Calf Burn-out – Perform BIG set of single leg calf raises on a plate, then switch and perform on other side
- 30 – 60s Wall-sit (weight it up if you freaky)
